Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 28, 2026

Template — Requires Attorney Review This privacy policy is a starting template. Before going public with traffic — especially given California-based operations, healthcare-vertical work, and any cross-vertical lead generation — have a qualified privacy attorney (familiar with CCPA/CPRA, HIPAA, and TCPA) review and customize this document. Do not use as-is for production.

High Intent Lead ("we", "us", "our") respects the privacy of visitors and prospective clients ("you"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you visit highintentlead.com or interact with our services.

1. Information we collect

We may collect:

  • Information you provide directly — name, email, phone number, industry, company, and any details you submit through forms on this site.
  • Information collected automatically — IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages visited, referring URLs, and timestamps via standard server logs and analytics tools.
  • Information from third parties — identity-resolution data, intent signals, and enrichment data from data providers we contract with.

2. How we use information

  • To respond to inquiries and provide requested services.
  • To deliver, maintain, and improve our marketing infrastructure.
  • To communicate with you about our offerings, including via email, phone, or SMS where you have provided consent.
  • To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Service providers and vendors that support our operations (under contract).
  • Clients on whose behalf we are running campaigns, where you have specifically engaged with that client's offering.
  • Legal authorities when required by law or valid legal process.

4. Your rights (California residents — CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

  • Request access to the personal information we hold about you.
  • Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell, but this right is provided regardless).
  • Be free from discrimination for exercising your rights.

To exercise these rights, contact us at jeff@highintentlead.com.

5. Healthcare information (HIPAA)

For engagements where we operate as a Business Associate to a HIPAA-covered entity, all Protected Health Information (PHI) is handled under a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) and applicable HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules. This site itself is not designed to receive PHI from members of the public.

6. Cookies and tracking technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics, performance, and (where applicable) advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

7. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

8. Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
